The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on backorder, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

How To Return An Item
Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase unless there is a factory defect.
1. Please email email@example.com or call us at 303-500-5325 to request a refund and we will explaining your reason for returning. If there is a defect, we will instruct on you how to return it to the manufacturer and they will replace it for you. We will communicate with the manufacturer directly to make sure you receive a replacement item quickly. BamBags is exceptionally quick to respond to our requests.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 30-DAYS. RETURNS MUST BE UNUSED, UNSOILED AND IN PERFECT CONDITION. ITEMS WHICH HAVE BEEN SOILED, MISHANDLED, ABUSED, WADDED UP, LAUNDERED OR MISSING THE TAGS WILL BE RETURNED TO THE PURCHASER. Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
